Abalna - The Twilight Forest

Abalna is covered in a thick canopied seemingly endless forest, twisting rivers and large freshwater lakes the only things that regularly break up its otherwise seemingly endless expanse. Luminescent tree moss lights up the underbrush into a constant state of twilight. The fruits and berries of Albana are always considered to be goodberries but they lose this trait if brought to Romarra.

As beautiful as Albana is, it is a savage natural beauty. Animals stalk their prey, and a hungry panther will strike out at anything it thinks is weak enough to be killed and devoured. Fae abound and often take advantage of any travelers foolish enough to get lost. Most of the Awakened Beasts of Romarra are either from here directly or are the offspring of beasts from here. Magical items appear seemingly at random across Albana without any seeming creator but always in a dangerous or seemingly impossible to reach place. Unicorns protect the forest and will often appear en masse should anything threaten the forest itself.

Most travel to and from Albana is done by druids. If a spellcaster use tree stride to enter a tree that is over 100 years old, in addition to its normal uses it may exit a tree in Albana instead. Many druidic orders claim groves of trees on both Romarra and Albana protecting their ability to travel between worlds at will.
